Which students count?
Unique active enrolled students in the agreed school scope count once. Applicants, waitlists, withdrawn or graduated students, duplicate class rosters, portal users, and event-only participants do not count. Zero verified enrollment or enrollment above the published standard limit requires an approved custom quote.
Can we choose HR without Early Childhood?
Yes. Both are independent options requiring Core. Basic staff and teacher accounts, ordinary profiles, staff directory, and existing school workflows remain in Core. Add-on sizing is recorded separately: children using Early Childhood and unique active employees managed in HR. Unapproved module prices are never treated as free.
What does included implementation cover?
Standard implementation is included in the approved agreement. The onboarding, migration, and training deliverables must be listed there. Bespoke conversions or additional services require a separately disclosed and accepted scope before work or charges.
What happens when enrollment or modules change?
Changes normally take effect at the next annual renewal, using a verified enrollment snapshot and an accepted preview. Adding a student does not trigger an automatic charge. Existing monthly, annual, and custom agreements retain their terms until an explicitly approved transition.
Is tuition or ACH included in the SaaS fee?
Tuition, activities, and fundraising are school collections through the school’s separate connected account. They do not pay CON8CT’s subscription invoice. Provider processing fees and applicable taxes remain separate; ACH is not advertised as free.
Does every school get the pilot discount?
Pilot offers are invitation-specific, versioned agreements with approved scope, dates, eligibility, and renewal conditions. There is no automatic discount or lifetime lock. Early Access is a recorded time-limited grant, not a paid subscription or an automatic charge.
How do cancellation and billing access work?
The school’s authorized billing representative confirms period-end cancellation or renewal changes in CON8CT. Billing history and permitted export access follow the existing access policy. Cancellation does not delete school records. The Stripe portal handles supported payment-method and invoice actions.
Are AI, SMS, and storage unlimited?
No unlimited AI, SMS, or storage entitlement is promised. Usage limits and any future overage rates require an explicit approved policy and disclosure before purchase. Payroll integration and other planned capabilities are not charged as available features.
